PROGRAM: Hiroshi Fuji, Site Santa Fe Biennial Artist charged volunteers with building chandeliers of recycled plastic bottles for the Santa Fe Opera parking lot.
PROJECT: The chandelier is an array of plastic propellers fashioned from filleted water bottles. The vanes are designed to catch the wind and to capture light from the illuminated standard at night.
